New Employee On Board Training

As we understand the needs of newcomers, the program supports and enables smooth integration into the organisation. New employees can familiarize themselves with the company, the services and solutions it provides and identify areas and divisions of interest for future career opportunities. The creation of a tailored individual training, learning and development roadmap to guide new employees will assist in achieving your career goals.

On-The-Job Training

Employee education and training aimed at enriching employees' learning channels, using an advanced curriculum comprising internal and external resources, enables a wealth of material is available for all employees.

  • Product training: certified learning courses for sales and technicians to help employees understand the company's products in depth.
  • Online learning platform for self-driven learning anytime, anywhere.

Functional Training

Functional Training in Leadership, Sales, Products, and Expertise are planned, reviewed and updated on an annual basis. Employees are encouraged to own their personal learning progress, with feedback encouraged and rewarded. The company also provides subsidies for external training, including but not limited to English Language Certification and Formal Academic Degrees.

Overseas Travel

Many employees have opportunities to learn and grow through interaction with Caterpillar employees, and other Caterpillar dealerships both located within region, and globally. These cover a wide range of events, and apply across all business functions, and can include training sessions, conferences, business meetings, sales rallies and even individual performance rewards!
