Guaranteed Inspection 345 is Online Now!

  • Campaign: Guaranteed Inspection 3-4-5

 

  • Time: March 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024.

 

  • Implementation Details:
  1. Applicable Brand and Product Categories: Caterpillar brand excavators and wheel loaders sold by Capital Machinery Limiyed.
  2. Location of machine: From north of Hsinchu to Keelung, including Hsinchu County/City, Taoyuan City, New Taipei City, Taipei City, and Keelung City.
  3. For machine meeting the below criteria, within the warranty period and encountering downtime (inoperable) while having signed the CapitalCare (maintenance contract), please complete the "Online Repair" process through the official LINE account of Capital Machinery Limited (@cmltw) under the "Service" menu. (Please refer to the repair process at the end.)
  4. Online Repair acceptance time via CML official LINE account : Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 16:00.
  5. For those meeting the above requirements, Capital Machinery Limited promises to respond by phone within 30 minutes of receiving the online repair application and dispatch personnel to the site within 4 hours after the end of that phone call for relevant inspections of the machinery. (The time record in the CML repair system is the sole reference.)
  6. If the commitment in 5. cannot be fulfilled, Capital Machinery Limited needs to provide a NT$5,000 voucher within 10 working days from the day after the first on-site inspection. This voucher can be used to offset subsequent orders with CML, for parts, consumables, and labor costs exceeding NT$5,000 in pretax sales amount. Therefore, this voucher cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash of equal value, nor can it be transferred to other companies for use. The validity period of the voucher is one year from the date of issue, after which it will expire automatically and cannot be extended.
