To help young students clarify their career paths, the “2024 Youth Employment Elite Program” initiated by the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, organized the “Fifteen Essential Courses for Youth”. This program includes workshops, guest lectures, and corporate visits to provide students with insights into industry trends and broaden their career perspectives. Recently, students from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Taipei City University of Science and Technology participated in a company visit to CML. During the visit, students gained firsthand exposure to the operational model and future developments of the machinery and equipment industry, equipping themselves with knowledge beyond the classroom. A highlight of the event was the experience-sharing session by our maintenance technician intern, Hao-Hsuan, who is also a student from the same department. His inspiring journey, from theoretical learning in school to hands-on practice in the workplace, offered valuable career advice and resonated deeply with his fellow students, sparking great interest and engagement. CML is honored to have participated in this initiative, which bridges academia and industry. By providing students with real-world learning experiences, we aim to inspire and guide the younger generation toward promising career opportunities. Moving forward, CML remains committed to fostering industry-academia collaboration, building strong connections between youth and industry, and nurturing the next generation of skilled professionals.
