Also nominated a number of times throughout the year, Ann is a respected and experienced employee, who showed great leadership on the e-payment project, amongst many other things. Thanks to Ann for her commitment and her teamwork, particularly around assisting other employees with a smile!!   The final award for January goes to Milk Lin. As the leader of the onsite project team at NTT Dam Project, Milk is a key figure in ensuring the success of one of our customers at a major project site – and he has led the team exceptionally well over the past 18 months. conditions at project sites can be hot and harsh, however Milk has consistently displayed a commitment to the customer throughout the year that has provided ongoing opportunities for the company. I thank Milk for his professionalism and excellence, and look forward to his growth as an employee with CML in upcoming years.   Finally, I would like to thank all employees for their efforts throughout the year. Whilst not everyone has received a successful nomination in 2022, many, many employees have – which shows that other employees truly value your contribution to CML. I would also like to thank everyone who has nominated fellow employees for this monthly award, and encourage ongoing participation in this employee recognition project. For the successful nominees, I look forward to our annual party in February, and unveiling the first ever CML Employee of the Year!!

The Employee of the Month award for November 2022 has been awarded to Stella Lin. Stella has worked tirelessly leading the development and implementation of customer focused solutions – making CML easy to do business with!! se projects include the development of an e-signature solution to reduce time & improve efficiencies , and an innovative payment solution for merchandise and over the counter parts customers. Stella also maintains the customer e-commerce platform and works with CAT to review and distribute prioritized leads, ensuring our customers receive the service we know they deserve. Thanks for your dedication Stella!!

The Employee of the Month award for October 2022 has been awarded to Aaron Chiu(邱仁新). Aaron is a consistent, dedicated professional, who is highly regarded by his fellow employees, his management and the customers he serves. He maintains a high level of professionalism no matter the task he is assigned, and notably also, provides strong leadership and guidance for others less experienced. He is a real asset for the CML team – well done, and thank you Aaron!!
