We held the Interview Skill training on 10/5(Wed) to enhance the interview skills of senior managers. The primary purpose of this training is to help them understand the recruitment process and further apply it to their work. There was 100% participation rate and the satisfaction rate of the participants also very high. They learned a lot from the training and enjoyed the program! “Pink October” is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We held a lecture to raise awareness of breast cancer. Detection, Prevented and Treated early. We also invited all colleagues to wear pink to echo Pink Day and care about women&＃39;s health.

World Vision Taiwan held the 【Career Development Visit for Youth】. 32 high school students from north of Taiwan visited the headquarter of Capital Machinery Limited today. Through understanding the working environment and workshops, having conversations with practitioners, teenagers could explore their capabilities and career path. In addition to a glimpse of the industrial applications and working environment through physical machine demonstrations, digital interaction center and workshop tours, the activity process will also provide an understanding of the skills and preparations required by the industry, career development, work and life through conversations with each other.   The disadvantaged teenagers who are under the long-term care of World Vision Taiwan often lack stimulation and companionship in their lives, and are limited by the growing environment. They are even more hesitant about their future. World Vision Taiwan will enable the youth to have sufficient knowledge and preparation for future career planning through "The Career Development Program for Youth". We would like to invite you to join this program to support the disadantaged youth, to give them the courage to pursue their dreams and the opportunities to change their lives.
