In order to ensure that Vendors achieve consistency in terms of product and service quality, cost, delivery, and environmental safety and health , Capital Machinery Limited (CML) will engage Vendors that share CML's commitment to promote good working conditions throughout the supply chain, respect human rights, share environmental responsibilities values and comply with sustainability-related laws and regulations. CML expect our Vendors to contribute to sustainable development with its partners, and require all our Vendors to make a joint commitment.

All Vendors should comply with all laws and regulatory requirements applicable to their operating activities, including but not limited to: fair trading and antitrust laws, prevention of corruption and money laundering, use and protection of personal data, intellectual property protection and confidentiality requirement .

For chemicals and waste that may cause harm to humans or the environment, Vendors should establish a management mechanism that can effectively identify and manage these substances to ensure that these substances can be safely handled, transported, stored, used, recycled, and discarded.Vendors should also provide appropriate training to its employees to prevent air pollution, soil pollution, water pollution and other harmful effects caused by these substances.

Vendors should conduct noise management. If there are high-noise equipment or systems in the workplace, they should carry out noise prevention and control, and perform regular measurements and report to relevant authorities in accordance with the law.

Vendors should comply with minimum legal age labor regulations and work practices in accordance with the relevant conventions of the International Labor Organization as well as prohibit the use of child labor in their business activities and supply chains.

Vendors should promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure that all employees are treated with respect and provide equal opportunity.

Vendors shall support the continuous development and improvement of working conditions with the goal of being free of occupational accidents and diseases.
